FULL-REUENTHAL (mg) – In the Erdmanndli-Huus, the virtuoso Swiss pianist Chris Conz gave a rousing concert last Wednesday evening for the third time. Although the unpleasant weather may have caused a slightly smaller turnout this year, Chris Conz did not let that stop him from once again captivating his audience.
As usual, he took music requests, including the classic “Something Stupid.” The guests were swept away by the captivating performance and sang along enthusiastically. Some even danced to the song, turning the evening into a memorable and atmospheric experience.
Particular highlights of the evening were the virtuosic boogie interpretations such as the “Swanee River Boogie” and a new, fascinating version of the classical piece “Asturias” by Isaac Albéniz. Chris Conz once again demonstrated his ability to combine various musical styles with playful charm, drawing the audience in.
The Erdmanndli team took care of the guests' culinary needs. The Älplermagronen with applesauce, prepared by Theres Künzle, were much enjoyed by the concertgoers. The Erdmanndli team thanks Chris Conz for this wonderful evening, as well as the loyal audience who made their way to the Erdmanndli-Huus again this year.
On Wednesday, September 18, at 7:00 p.m., the monthly Dog/Jass game evening will take place at the Erdmanndli-Huus.
